In order to get Health Insurance for 2020, you need to follow these steps below. You can apply in person at the office (3001 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215), or over the phone. Please have all of your information available!

You must apply between Nov 1st – Dec 15th.

We are projecting income for the year 2020. We will need paystubs or last year’s tax return for each person in the household.

See the chart below to find out if your family qualifies (must be in-between the income amounts).
4:
Be prepared! You’ll need social security numbers, dates of birth, employer’s names & phone numbers, & income information for everyone in the household.
